Nak error

Hello. I am trying to set up a shoutcast radio station, and I ran into the Nak error, showing to disable internet sharing/isp cache and so forth, the very same within the sticky. I Have attempted every listed possible solution. I have forwarded ports 8000 and 8001, tried the YP port as both 80 and 666, and every combo possible with the Base ports, as well as the IP adress, from my own to 127.0.0.1 to ANY and every combo possible with those and to no avail. Passwords are entered correctly the server is set up with the correct output and encoder, with the right formats and everything. Terribly sorry about posting to a well known error, but I have attempted all possible solutions within the website linked in the sticky, and all those posted, and I am unsure of what to do at this point.

I'm on a standard dsl connection with Verizon, Lynksis router.

Computer Specs:
HP Pavillion a800n
3200+ AMD (2.2ghz)
1 gb RAM
160 GB internal HD

thank you in advance for any assistance.
