same..
Hi... I'm having EXACTLY the same problem... And I don't know what to do either..
My connection details:

Download: 316.0 KByte/sec

Upload: 51.0 KByte/sec

Connection: 687.0 Conn/min

Ping 27.0 ms

I'm not blocked....

Success:
Your ISP is not blocking port 9000
Success:
Your ISP is not blocking port 9001

(I've changed port to 9000/9001, 8000 was already in use)
