MMD3 + Winamp 5.23 = Green X's

hi I'm using MMD3 skin for Winamp5, it worked fine up until v5.22, but then I installed 5.23 and now my Playlist window has lots of green "X" s all over the place.

I searched and saw its a "known problem" but I dont know if its the problem with the skin or a bug in Winamp.

how can I fix this?? anybody know?

Really? I've always used MMD3, and I have it going right now with WA 5.23 and I don't have any problems.
