Winamp Spammer

Ok my friend has a program that shouts out the name of the song thats currently playing, and he said its for winamp. now im not looking for something that just constantly spams the song im playing, but every time the song changes it will automatically put the name of the current song playing on. anyone have any idea on were i can find one of these?

Are you looking for something that displays each title/track on the screen or announces with a voice each title/track?
