Problem with playlists... :(

i am having a problem with my playlists in winamp. lets say i have 10 songs in a playlist... if i open winamp and try and add a song from my library to that playlist... the whole playlist gets erased and all thats left is the song i just added to the playlist

how do i fix this? it happens to me every time but only ever since i upgraded to 5.23.. i dont remember it happening with previous versions...


also shoutcast tv isnt showing up and shoutcast radio isnt showing up anymore

Preferences > Media Libray
Double click or Enter int he Media Library: Enqueue selected file(s)

In the Media Library, click on Online Services and make sure "SHOUTcast" and "SHOUTcast TV" are checked.

Are you right-clicking and choosing Enqueue in Winamp? I don't lose anything that way.

Please confirm that your winamp.exe version is v5.2.3.672 (9th June) and not 5.2.3.669 (7th June). If it's the latter, then that was a known bug and we recommend that you upgrade to the newest 5.23

Hmmm. Well I'm not having any problem with playlists, but it appears that my release is a Jun 8th release, and not a Jun 7th nor a Jun 9th release. I downloaded mine from the link in this post. See attached screenshot (Winamp 5.23 release.jpg).

Anyway, no probs for me.

Yeah, I wasn't sure of the exact dates, heh.

If you go to the Winamp program folder, right click winamp.exe and select 'properties'
it should tell you the version # under the Version tab
(or even the Windows tooltip should show it when you mouseover winamp.exe)
