volume normalizer plugin

can someone help me find a volume normalizer plugin?

btw has anyone gotten a decent fps from the tripex2 plugin? i have a geforce2 and a celeron 566@850 and its slow..

btw try the mp+ plugin, better quality sound than regular mp3
