ID3v2 and ID3v1 comment tag bugging

If the ID3v1 comment tag is not empty, it is copied to the comment edit in the ID3v2.
If you remove the comment in the ID3v1, it removes the comment in ID3v2. I think that the update button will not add the comment into the ID3v2 tag but it is just a think.

The bug is not present in the 5.13 version.
For this reason, I uninstall the 5.24 version and return to the 5.13 one.

Ok, we've got it now.

Exact method of reproduction:

Take an mp3 with ID3v1 and v2 tags, but no Comment tags
(ie. the Comment field is blank in both ID3v1 and v2)

Type something into the ID3v1 Comment field.
Click 'Update'

Reopen 'File Info' box and see that the Comment tag is now in both the v1 & v2 fields, whereas it should only be in the v1 field.

Now remove the Comment from the v1 tag and click 'Update'.
Go back in and notice that the Comment in the v2 tag is also blank again.

Expected behaviour is that the v1 & v2 Comment tags should be independent of each other.

I realize that it is the same for the Genre
If both the ID3v1 and the ID3v2 tag genre is not set, set the v1 and the v2 is set too.
