Need help for hosting radio with a router

Ok i have posted before and had loads of help and i set most of it up, but when i give my mate my ip (http://192.168.0.3:8000) they say "Page cannot be found"
I have port forwaded - 8000-8001 TCP also set a Static ip as 192.168.0.3... still nothing, i can stream and view the admin page myself it says all the stuff streaming at 54 . . . 0 listeners, the song etc

does any1 know whats wrong?

Problem solved, i found out that i use my ordinary Ip and ppl can listen
