OS: Win98 second edition 4.10.2222 A
MOBO:Asus A7s
PROS:Intel celeron pros
mem: 256mb
hd:60.4
sound card:genius sound maker sm32 pci audio accelerator

Problem with nullsoft global hotkeys v1.31
When I want to open this plugin (I have winamp 5.24 full) I get this message: Nullsoft global hotkeys has not been opened yet. Do you want to open? I click yes & I get this message: Please wait until the nullsoft global hotkeys opens & try opening this config window again.
