Help identify these 2 songs !

After I searched at mp3.com, I think Kraftwerk is
the correct one.

I saw at mp3.com that Kraftwerk has an entire album
devoted to Tour De France rather than a single as I imagined.

So thanks all for helping me in this "rigid search".
(Those who have watched the movie "everything is illuminated" will understand about double quotes )
