bugs: Chinese-named song

When I use winamp 2.72 on professional win2k platform (Chinese character) to play song named in Chinese big5 forms, winamp is fast forward the song to end without playing.However, after I change to English name, the winamp play well.
Does there any exists winamp supporting Chinese named song?

It works fine. No such problem on my computer
In fact I have been using Winamp with Chinese songname Files & ID3 Titles, Artists, etc. for a long time.
