Auto Winamp Server Playlist. How?

Hi everyone, i have a server in my internet cafe, running 24 hours of music via winamp. I'm curious, if somehow the users in my internet cafe can see the song list available on the server and request songs to the server, and the server would put the requests automaticaly on queue, then play the songs one by one.

Is there anyway to do this? eg. via web script, or programs?

some extras:

-If noone request, the server will automaticly change the playlist to server's default one.

-I want to limit songs the users can request, only 3 songs for example, so the playing list in server is not crowded by few person.

This sounds very interesting I would also be interested in something along these lines that winamp can achieve.
