Album names

The one thing I find lacking in Winamp is the lack of information on what album a song is in. It isn't displayed on the main window or in the playlist window, meaning I have to manually check the file info to know what album I'm listening to. I encounter this alot as I listen to alot of compilations.
The Media Library shows the album names yes, but there seems to be no way to jump to the current song being played (all other music players seem to have that function), so again, I don't know what I'm listening or can't easily select a song in the same album.

Does anyone have a solution to these problems? I wondered if custom skins or plugins have/can solve this?

Edit your Advanced Title Formatting string (Prefs > Titles) to include %album%

eg.

[%artist% - ][%album% - ][$num(%track%,2) - ]$if2(%title%,$filepart(%filename%))
