Ok im a noob i no but my friend is a comp geek (BIG Time) and he uses winamp. Once i saw him play a MP3 file by typing a certain file name.I wanted to no if this is by winamp and if he may have a certain plug-in? BTW He had winamp open but no music playing. So if this can be answered i would appreciate it. Thank u very much

Yes why wouldnt i be? I lost contact bout month go i moved and never thought to ask him bout phone # or anything like that

Regret it though :/ i could however go back to district i used to live and ask him and see if he still lives there if so ill ask him.

open up winamp and hit 'J' .... was it jump to file? it searches songs loaded into the current playlist.

otherwise he was searching the media library.
