green stuff on every skinn :S

hi Im getting som green stuff on all the skins I install. Sometimes its a green icon "picture not found" or something. This does not appear on the default modern skin. I reinstalled windows but the fucking problem is still there. Any1?

PS: there is a jpg attached to this post if you want to look for your self.

looks like missing images. if it doenst do it on the winamp defualt skin than there is no problem with winamp.
