winamp is being a pig

alright so heres my problem, when i open winamp, it will go do its stuff for a sec, and then freeze... it uses all the cpu and 100megs+ memory. i didnt do anything at all to provoke this, it just did it all of a sudden. i was using it 24 hrs ago and it was working fine. i have a screen shot here:

i reinstalled it and it didnt do anything at all.

im not sure if this is relevant, but i installed microsofts .net framework just a little while ago, as in between uses of winamp, but i dont think this would affect it, unless of course, microsoft is being an ass again.

i looked through the forums as best i could, but its 3 am here and i cant think straight >_> so real sorry if i missed a thread that would fix my problem, and i just ended up wasting your guys time

ok, this is really stupid, i didnt do anything and it fixed itself... i tried to open a station directly from the website of teh internet radio, and it worked fine after that...

oh god its not fixed after all... when i click on a letter to change teh category it locks up, and i did what the guy says in teh guide so fix station changing issues but it does nothing because im not changing stations only categories. all sad again
