word scroll question

my brother has the word of the current song playing that is scrolling accross ON THE TASKBAR BUTTON... so the song name on the taskbar button is scrolling accross the taskbar button. He wouldnt tell me how he got it but i dont know if it was winamp or if its like a windows plug-in please help me if u can

Ctrl+P for Winamp Preferences > General Preferences > in the right-side pane, 2nd to last selection from the bottom, checkmark the checkbox to the left of 'Scroll title in the Windows taskbar'

*Note: the title will scroll only if the number of characters are long enough to not be fully shown in the taskbar.

now i have another question, is it possible to change the word scroll speed in the taskbar and in the winamp? if so, please tell me how
