Can't list on Shoutcast.com

I've tried everything I knew how to try, for some reason it keeps thinking the IP address for the server is 206.41.117.183, but it's 206.41.117.244, as a result I get the usual NAK error along with this:

<08/27/06@23:15:27> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 206.41.117.183:8500) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).)

Any ideas on how I can resolve this problem?

no it's not that. Everyone can connect to my server just fine, but it's trying to list an IP address that the server is NOT running on. I read the sticky but it didn't help me out

ipconfig /flushdns from the command prompt

see if you get the new ip/host relationship

check your host file for a host that is yp.shoutcast.com if you have ever editied the host file (windows /windows/system32/drivers/etc), linux /etc/
