download won't open!

I downloaded the free download but it won't open or do anything! what's the deal? yes I have all the prerequisites
(and why does search bring up things that have nothing whatsoever to do with the search subject?? here I mean)

Try deleting the installer and download again. Maybe the following postâ€¦
