Linking the Playlist & Library Windows?

With Winamp5, is it possible to link the media library and playlist windows so that they move in unison? Would also be cool if I could get them to show up at the same time.

You can dock ("stick") the Windows together or use a single GUI skin. Both are covered in the following thread..
