Information required on M3U and WPL file formats

Hi,

I am presently working on M3U and WPL parser.

I am not able to get much information on WPL file format. So i wanted to know if anyone can help me by giving me a proper document on WPL.

Also can anyone give me M3U or WPL parser C source code....
