My girlfriend in Taiwan just installed WinAmp, but doesn't have AOL Radio With XM on her list. Is this normal, or how can she add it? Thank you.

Does your girlfriend have the latest version of Winamp?
Have her check that and have her check her settings for AOL Radio With XM...
