pissed at my computer and NSIS

here's my situation:

My school uses Microsoft Visual Studios and IE, which i don't want to use. So when i got home, i tried to install and burn Dev-C++ and Firefox onto a cd. But, when i tried to insall Dev-C++ to the E drive, i couldn't hit the insall butten. i then tried to install it to the cd burn temp folder, but the installer said, "spaces are not allowed, only '-:\_'". After this, i tried to edit the registry to tell windows that the cd burn temp folder is at C:\CDburning\, then tried to install it there. But, when the installer was done, the burner listed no files.

Why can't i install to a damn CD.

Edit:
I'm so angry at my computer, i deleted C:\CDburning\, reset my registry back to normal, and give up for now. And in my anger, i misspelled pissed.

the computer is never at fault for an error; a human is, though.
DO NOT PM me for tech support.
No matter what you're doing, use the right tool for the job!
