Is it possible de build a pic

Hello everybody,

I would like to know if it's possible to build a pic (a JPG file) using NSIS. In fact, my file should be a kind of mask, which means composed of a white zone for the main part and a black mask over the white zone.
I recover all needing datas from a XML file (heights, widths, X and Y coordinates of the mask) and i need to create the associated file.

If not, does anybody know a soft which could work fine.

Is it an idea to take a White JPG copy it with NSIS and path the file in the fly? this way you do not need to write the whole JPG only do a binary patch.

IMHO, this request is not really what an installer should do, a plugin is an option.
