VB User Controls

I have created 2 vb user controls one installs correctly the second registers OK but when the VB program is run the controls returns a wrong version message.
The program and the installation use the same control with the same version number date and registry key.

Recompiled the user control and recomiled the program.
this enabled the installer to work properly
