Give Winamp its own soundcard?

I have two sound cards and I want to use one strictly for Winamp and the other for Windows and other app.

I have tried messing with DirectSound and WaveOut Output plugins and they only way I can get it to work is to configure windows to use the sound card i want it to and then open winamp and tell it to use the other sound card using WaveOut, but when I close Winamp it changes my default sound card for Windows to whichever card i told Winamp to use.

I am looking for a way to always have Winamp use one sound card and have the default windows card left alone.
