connects then disconnects and reconnects

I had the streaming audio running fine about a month ago on my dedicated server, I haven't done much with the server for the last month but now I am trying to start it back up and I am running accross a strange issue.

When I start everything up as usual, I can open up my audio stream and my intro starts to play and then stops and in the DNAS it says no data timeout. Then it will reconnect and play the rest of the intro and instead of going on to my playlist it just stops. The disconnect and reconnect thing happens non-stop throughout the entire process. My winamp is running, all the details are correct, just seems to keep disconnecting and reconnecting causing this problem although I don't understand why it wouldnt continue onto my playlist and do it throughout each song.

I dont have a firewall enabled and I cant figure out the problem since I have had this working fine about a month ago.

Compare bitrate of your Intro file to the live stream. They must match.

The disconnecting and reconnecting begin during the intro file and always at almost the exact same spot. Then it doesnt even connect to the playlist. the bitrate is the same on the intro and files in the playlist

I disabled the intro file and now I cant connect to the stream at all whereas before I could connect to the intro file but it keeps disconnecting.

I have also tried several different mp3's to attempt connecting to incase that was the problem.

How can It be possible to connect to the intro file but not the playlist?
