In the beginning.....
Is it possible to run Shoutcats through Windows XP or Media Center Edition?

How does this work? Do I need a server, such as for example a homepage to store the mp3-files? or do I just connect to Shoutcast through my pc (at home)?

Is it difficult to install and get up and running?
