Problems by playing AUDIO CD's

By playing some AUDIO CD with WINAMP 2.71 i'm hearing a noising sound (chrzchrsz)!
With the Microsoft CD Player (WIN 98), its ok.
What is the Problem ?

I tried Version 1.83 and 1.91 of CD Reader, but the problem still exists. By another CD Recorder program I get the message "Your ASPI DRIVER is not up to date".
Can a new ASPI driver solve my problems ?
And I asso don't know, where i get this driver ?.
I actually use Windows 98.
