linux relaying windows, metadata ?

Hello,
We have buffering on a Linux relaying Windows.
It skips times to times, and short cut buffer.

Both servers or in top datacenters, with too high bandwith. This occur even with low audience.

I noticed metadata value is different on the default conf file of shoutcast from windows version to linux version.

How come such a difference ?
Should we change that setting ?
