linux relaying windows, metadata ?

If it's any consolation, I'm having the exact same problem, choppy video and catch-up buffer. The fact that I was relaying from Windows to Linux never struck me as relevant until now.

If it's any help, I already tried the meta interval thing; setting them to the same values. Unfortunately, it didn't work.
