Is it possible when opening a webpage that winamp automatically starts streaming?

i made my website using macromedia flash, on "X" frame it calls http://151.38.11.238/radio_antanio.pls

to do this you must have a playlist wich connects on your server (if you have a server on 151.38.11.238:8000 you only have to do a playlist with url in and save it on your website)
