Ratings not honored

I am a Winamp 5.3 user. It does not honor the ratings under Media Library->Online Media. No matter what I select or deselect I see about 300 streams under Shoutcast TV..

What am I missing?

There's a separate config for Shoutcast TV
Winamp > Media Library window > Online Services > Shoutcast TV
Click the Config button at the top.
