ML database gone 2nd time already

Hello,

I'm using ML 5.24 for 3 months now , just upgraded to 5.3.

I really like the Media Library, I have a collection of 3500 albums in there and it works reasonably well.

BUT...

For the 2nd time all of the sudden the database is completely gone and there are 0 files in the ML.
I lost all of the ratings for the last 3 months which really is a MAJOR ANNOYANCE in a huge collection like mine.

Strangewise the playing history is still there.

Any advise what's wrong?

no idea, its never happened to me.

so i can't reproduce.

got any third party plugins that might be mucking around with it?
