Playlist Manager... err something like that.

I am looking for a plug-in or something similar to the Resumer plug-in by Eddie Mansu but for all playlists not just for the current one or the last one open.

For example, I might be listening to a playlist and in the middle of the 4th track I switch to a different playlist, but when I go back to the first playlist the plug-in remembers the location that playback left off at before I changed to another playlist, and I want it to do that for all playlists. Basically a playlist manager that remembers the last location of playback for all playlists to resume playback from after they have been closed and reopened.

Does anything like that exist?

No, but why not just load all playlists in winamp and use DrO's amazing Time restore & Autoplay plug-in?
