Winamp doesn't close

When I have started and closed winamp about 1-3 times, I can't start it again. Why? I see Winamp when I press ctrl + alt + del. I must close the application before I can start a new.

Sometimes when I turn my computer off, Windows tries to close winamp.

Why Winamp allways stays in the backdrop when I turn it off. I have the latest version. There wasnt that problem in the older versions and it happens all my 3 computers.

Bad english sorry.
