Winamp's Generic Crossfader

Crossfading DirectSound output v1.37 was a good design, but for one suggestion... Is it possible for it to be modified to have a seperate Auto-remove silence setting for beginning, and end of track.

I wish to have the cross-fade trigger at -15db (or definable at the end of any given audio track, and still have the default -40db trigger at the beginning of each track.

And one more thing,, is it possible to have some means of disabling or defining crossfade parameters from within the ID3 tag, or better still externally, as in Filename~(n).mp3/.wav, where n=seconds or milliseconds or ss.ss (EG 09.25 seconds before end of track)

This system is used in some radio automation software... Raduga and ZaraRadio come to mind.

Thanks
