Media Library Layout

Hello! I have some problems of layout with Media Library..... I Can't adjuste the size of it ...i don't see all the list clearly..??

I'l try to adjust the window , but nothing happen.

I want some help !!!

could you give a clearer description of the problem?
What do you see, what do you not see?
Which skin are you using?
Etc.

A screenshot would be useful.
