Playlist editor is gone

Hi,

I've got some problems using the playlist editor.

I cant open it using the PL button, or ALT-E or the VIEW menu.
(In the view menu the playlist editor is checked, but not present in my screen)

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, that helped a bit but now the problem is back again. I think it happens after playing a video file. It changes the size of my player, and after putting it back the way i want it, i cant get my pl editor back.

please help me, i don't want to reinstall again...

This is quite a common problem, as you may guess so you will often get your answer with a forum search. Though knowing what to search for is half the battle
