Auto-randomize in certain playlists
Hi.
First of all, sorry for my English. I hope you understand that. I've been looking for this, but I didn't find anything. I'm looking for something to create a playlist (m3u, pls, etc.) that auto-randomize itself when I load it into the winamp. For example. I have two playlist: pop.m3u and rock.m3u. I'd like to load pop.m3u on winamp and have a new randomized playlist every time I load it. But, if I load rock.m3u, I want to hear it in the order of the playlist. Is there any way of doing that? I'm programmer, so I can learn any language to do that.

activewinamp is your answer. you can write a vbs script to turn on randomize, or you can insert a script as the first entry of the playlist that when played will automatically randomize the remaining playlist.
activewinamp <-- read this winamp scripting thread <-- post in here if you need help. |
