Another Mic problem

Okay I got everything working as far as the "push to talk" mic thing, infact it works perfect and comes sounding cystal clear! But the thing is that the dam thing STAYS ON. IT doesnt pick up the music just my voice the hole time.

Anyways im sure its somthing simple to fix it so any help would much appreciated.

Do you have the sound set to 'what you hear'??
