Problems accessing network playlist with Windows login

Hi

At home I am using the Andromedia to stream mp3's.
When I connect to my webserver outside home, I will be asked for the username and password (windows logon) if I use Windows Mediaplayer.
When I try to use Winamp, I am not able to enter username and password, so I get "Access Denied".

Is there a place where I can enter the username and password?

That won't work.
The Andromedia creates an online playlist

Since I have set the IIS password, I am not able to download this playlist

not sure then, thats the only way of putting a username and password into winamp.

andromedia sounds like a nightmare.

IIS and asp are painful enough in themselves.

i hope you didn't pay for andromedia(or IIS or ASP.net).

apache and php are also free alternatives.(and much safer than that swiss cheese IIS)

winamp offers this sort of service for free. Called winamp remote.(and it requires NO other software)
