buffer,missing ripp and more

Who can help me with several questions please?

1)I can't find no more the radio stream ripper,how and where can I find this useful feture again?

2)My dial up is occationally extremly slow and so is my music then too.Only bit's and pieces and that is extremly bad.How and where can I adjust the buffer?

3)I am happy for any great advice with the most best answere to a pc beginner.So please easy and simple answeres for me.I thank anybody who can and will help.
