No video on winamp

Help!
When I opened a film file with winamp there is sound but no picture. I downloaded the latest version and thats the same. Cant find any wrong settings. (If I open the same file with media player it works fine. Anyone any ideas?

Windows Media Player,no problem. Any help is very wellcome.

Thank's for swift reply DJ Egg.It all looks a bit too technical for me,so it looks like a trip to PC shop.I will "attempt" to send you the dxdiag file (don't hold your breath).PC is like my car,I can drive it,but when things go wrong I often need the garage to fix it. I might be able to help if you also supply the MediaInfo log for one of the problem video files, and what directshow filters winamp says it's using when you try to play said video (see link in my first post again).
