Managing ipod songs

I apologize if this is a stupid question with a simple answer. If the answer is a simple one though, I'll be thrilled and won't care about whether it was a dumb question. Anyway, does anyone know if there is a way to manage songs on an ipod through winamp? I know with itunes you have to delete the song from itunes for it to be deleted from your ipod. But I don't understand how to delete songs with winamp without having to delete ALL my songs. Can anyone assist me with this? Thanks!!!!

Select a song on the iPod in the Media Library (Portables > iPod), right click and select remove.
