Windows Live OneCare detects virus in UninstWA.exe

I just got this message, detailing that Winamp's Uninstall file contains the "TrojanDownloader:Win32/Zlob.ACA" virus.

I have placed it in quarantine for now, but obviously, I won't be able to uninstall Winamp, since the exe has been disabled.

Has anyone else using OneCare experienced this? This is the only reported virus I have ever gotten since installing OC 6 months ago. I only recently installed 5.31, so maybe OneCare is erroneously detecting the exe as such?

Anti-Virus/Malware programs frequently flag NSIS installers (like uninstWA.exe). The NSIS false positives page currently shows OneCare on the list.
