IE 7 disables my Winamp Player

Hi all. I listen to shoutcast all the time. I downloaded IE7 and my Winamp player will not open from the taskbar. I can get to the player from the shoutcast homepage but it takes a very long time to load.
Is there a compatibility problem with Winamp and ie7?

I restored the system effectivley dumping IE7 and am back to normal now. I tried a fresh udated player while in IE7 and the load was not accepted in IE7.

Anybody else seeing this in WindowsXP?

Works fine her with IE7. So, you are saying the shortcut button fro Winamp no longer works? Have yo tried uninstalling Winamp completely and reinstalling it?

Hi I simply installed IE7. The taskbar shortcut button does not work. Hit the button...hour glass for 3 seconds....then nothing. Hit the winamp icon on my homepage....same...nothing. Go to the shoutcast homepage and hit on a radio station and about 20 seconds to open player.
I did not uninstall my player and then reinstall. I simply reinstalled the player anew.

Then do so. If that fails, post full system specs (including HijackThis log) as described how in the link above.
