cant listen

hi guys just please help, im a new user of shoutcast and i understand that i need to download winamp so i did! every time i click TUNE IN, file download indow comes out and it says download SHOUTCAST-PLAYLIST.PLS. i try to download it but noting happens pls help me what to do.

One or more of the Following...

Try Clearing Your Browser's Cache Memory
Do you have a firewall? If so, is it configured to allow Winamp full access? Same may apply for a privacy/content protector.
Make sure Winamp's 'Internet Connection' settings correctly reflects your internet connection. Ctrl+P > General Preferences
Make sure PLS and M3U are associated with Winamp...
Ctrl+P > General Preferences > File Types > highlight or select PLS and M3U > Close out of preferences > close and restart Winamp

Try the clear cache suggestion first.

As a FYI, SHOUTcast Radio is also available in Winamp Media Library under the Online Services heading. Additionally you might want to have a look at Helpful Links for Winamp Beginners and Intermediates
