Isn't off line help available?

When I click help in WinAmp, it takes me to your web site (read, "I have to connect to the internet if I'm not, and I have to wait........" Don't you have offline help files like nearly every other Windows product in the world? Not everyone in the world has Borg internet implants, or even broadband, yet.

Except for the help buttons in Prefs that explain specific features (eg Prefs > Titles), nope.
