Files... won't play

Winamp has started to not play some files. I can't find anything wrong with them, Windows Media Player plays them but Winamp doesn't. I can't find anything the same about these files either. It tends to be whole albums that it won't play. If the files are put on the playlist, it just skips them.

Help!

Please provide more info (read this!).
Winamp version (only 5.32 is supported) and a my_plugins_list would be a good start.

If you have moved or renamed files in Explorer, Winamp will not be able to locate them. In the local media view of the library, click library> remove misssing files from the library, then click either rescan watch folder or add media to library. If this doesn't work follow siede83's instructions.
